Our chef, who grew up in a family with a great tradition in the dairy sector, learned the secrets of preparing and processing cheese and dairy products from an early age. This knowledge has evolved and enriched over the years, turning into an unbridled passion for Italian cuisine.

On December 14, 2016, Chef Catello created this unique culinary experience in the United States in Pendleton (INDIANA), bringing with him all the richness and authenticity of Italian cuisine.
